Arthur's Seat, Lingmala Waterfall, and Pratapgad Fort are the best places to visit here. There are many stages of the development of this place: King Singhan of Devgiri built a water tank and a small temple in 1215 AD. The attraction is that the river Krishna is sourced from the mouth of a statue of a cow in Panch Ganga Temple in Old Mahabaleshwar. Mahabaleswar is also famous for strawberries and mulberries. The place is very rich in panoramic views-and you can see the Sahyadri Mountains and deep valleys, Arthur's Seat, Wilson Point, Kate's Point, Elephant Head Point, Connaught Peak, and Bombay Point.
  • Lonavala is the place of many caves. The main attractions here are Lohagad Fort, Karla Caves, and Rajmachi Point. Lonavala belonged to the Yadav dynasty. From them, it moved into the hands of the Mughals, then the Maratha, and finally became the summer holiday destination of the British.   • Visit Shirdi, where the richest Sai Baba temple is situated. The place is divided into Gurusthan, Samadhi Mandir, Dwarkamai, Chavadi, and Lendi Baug. The main locations you can visit and enjoy are Maruti Temple, Khandoba Mandir, Sai Heritage Village, Shanisinghnapur, and Nashik.
  • Ellora caves were built by carving the faces of Chanara Hills—Chalukyas and Rashtrakutas, who oversaw most of the work at Ellora.
